Do you eat white truffles raw?

It’s an absolute must!

Eating white truffles raw is one of the best ways to experience their unique flavor and aroma. When freshly grated over dishes like pasta, risotto, or even scrambled eggs, they add a luxurious touch that elevates any dish.

To enjoy them raw:

Choose quality: Look for fresh, fragrant white truffles.

Slice them thinly: Use a truffle slicer to get delicate shavings.

Pair wisely: Pair with simple ingredients to let the truffle stand out.

Eating them raw highlights their earthy notes and enhances your culinary creations in an unforgettable way!

Note: all fresh truffles are best eaten raw; you should never cook them.
