Fresh and frozen truffles: always shipped via express air delivery via DHL, UPS or FedEx. If your order contains fresh or truffles, it will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes 1-2 business days to be delivered depending on your region.
All other products that do not require temperature control can be shipped via DHL, UPS or FedEx with economy shipping, with a transit time of 7 business days.

Yes, you must be present to receive your package.
If you were absent when your truffles were supposed to be delivered, you must contact the courier and provide them with your tracking number and name so they can reschedule your delivery or you can pick up your package from their office.

Fresh truffles should be stored in the refrigerator (between 2°C and 5°C) in a closed container and covered with absorbent paper, which should be changed every other day.
Once you receive your fresh truffles, you can enjoy them for up to 5-7 days. Keep in mind that freshness can vary slightly with each product, so it's best to enjoy your truffles as soon as possible!
Fresh truffles should never be cooked! While black truffles can handle a little heat, they are the exception. Summer, Burgundy and Alba white truffles shine best when simply sprinkled on top of dishes just before serving. Enjoy their subtle flavor without the heat!
Yes, you can freeze fresh truffles! Simply place them in a freezer-safe container or bag and they can last up to a year. When you're ready to enjoy your frozen truffle, simply grate it while it's still frozen over your favorite dishes.
Appertised truffle is a truffle that has been carefully preserved in a jar and sterilized in an autoclave. This high-temperature process preserves the rich flavors and aromas of the truffle and allows you to enjoy its exquisite taste all year round.
Dried mushrooms should be rehydrated in warm water for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of mushroom.
